A Visual Tour of Oceanfront Cambria
Your breathtaking view from the main bedroom of Oceanfront Cambria.
View of oceanfront yard and Pride of Madeira flowers with pan to house above.
Sunset view of the ocean through fire pit.
Another gorgeous view of the ocean with purple Pride of Madeira flowers that bloom each spring.

High tide brings the white water waves right to you- feel the salt spray.

Enjoy the spectacular sunset from the balcony while sipping renown local wine.

Sometimes foggy, sometimes clear, always beautiful.

Sunrises are glorious too, especially with rainbows.

Lounge right above the sea and watch the crashing waves and whales.

Oceanfront Cambria is quite the romantic spot for you and your sweetheart.

The eye-popping view from the main bedroom upstairs. (New window treatments to come.)

Low tide exposes the interesting tide pools teeming with life.

Seagulls are unafraid. You'll see pelicans, red tailed hawks, bald eagles, sea otters, dolphins, and various species of whales and seals.

The neighborhood is full of deer as well, so be careful driving in and out.

Just another glorious sunset.

Moonsets are not too shabby either. Enjoy viewing the stars and planets with our Celestron motion-tracking telescope (even see the rings of Saturn). With Cambria's dark skies, you can see the Milky Way with your naked eye and many more astronomical features with the telescope.

There is no house to the left for added space and privacy, but this Harvey Beach is a premiere kayak and surf paddle-out spot and the go-to spot for family portraits.

This second balcony nook outside the main bedroom upstairs is perfect for morning coffee.

Living room (before remodel and re-furnishing) with cozy fireplace and million-dollar views. These windows are being replaced with new, larger sliders to maximize the view and opening.

Step from the living room (pictured before remodel) onto the redwood deck overlooking the blue Pacific Ocean. These windows are being upgraded to expand the aperture and improve the view.

Living room (pictured before the remodel), will soon sport dramatic stone fireplace with remote start gas logs and 4k ultra-thin Gallery-style Smart TV above, new furniture and motorized shades.

Great room living & dining room, all overlooking the sea (pictured before remodel) with gourmet kitchen in the background (which is currently being fully remodeled).

View of the sitting area in the main bedroom (before remodel). Steps down to the beach right outside your bedroom door. A new glass door is being added to increase ocean view angles.

A cozy remote start gas fireplace warms the main bedroom with king bed and luxurious linens (pictured before remodel, since replaced) which also has a huge walk-in closet, 4k ultra-thin gallery-style smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with free-standing soaking tub and shower with radiant floor heating, not to mention spectacular vistas.

2nd bedroom with king bed and high thread count linens overlooking the Pacific from the lower level with a door opening directly to the seaside back yard and whale watch bench with gas fire pit. Also has a big screen 4k smart TV (pictured before remodel). A new glass door is being added to maximize the view and light.

3rd bedroom with queen bed and ocean view windows and 4k smart TV (pictured before remodel)

This is the view from the back yard whale watching bench. Various whale species are visible year round, but the California Grey Whales make their migration south in December and January, and back north in March and April

The coastline is designated the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary which may soon be extended all the way to Santa Barbara. It's known as "The Serengeti of the Sea" due to its rich marine life and remarkable environment and grandeur.

The back yard bluff is some 10 feet above the beach below which is protected with both natural and placed rocks. You might get splashed from the waves, but you and the house are safe.

Oceanfront Cambria is the perfect destination year round. It's cool and pleasant all summer, warm in the fall, and mild all winter and spring. In summer it might be 90 degrees inland, but 68 at the beach. Escape the snow, heat, or bustle of the city to Oceanfront Cambria.

Your balcony is the perfect spot to take in the mesmerizing views, look for sea otters with our binoculars, and revel in the fresh sea breeze or cooling fog.

In the Monterey Bay Marine Sanctuary just off your coast, you'll see a wide variety of marine life and the largest elephant seal rookery in the world is just 10 miles north. Hearst Castle is 8 miles north. Hiway 1 to Big Sur is 1 mile away. Be on the lookout for kayakers, SUPpers, and even an occasional brave surfer.

Also available as a filming location for your TV or movie production.

An entirely brand new roof has recently been installed since this photo was taken.
